Why is Tree Fertilization Important?

​Trees require nutrients to live and flourish. When one or more of these nutrients are deficient in the soil, the tree will not reach its full landscape potential, will be more susceptible to disease and insect problems, and will have a shorter life than a similar, well-fertilized tree. Just as a balanced diet is essential for humans, trees too need nutrients to enhance all stages their life cycle: establishment, growth and maintenance. Deficiency of nutrients can lead to: disease and insect infestation, foliage discoloration and stunted growth among many other.
